and 180+ shots later, Adam has kinda learned a little more about flash photography!
So many trials and pictures trying to get this pic done
Still not completely happy with the results, I do think that it could have been a little easier with a different colored background, anything but black, but its what I had so its what got used!

which looks deceptively simple and I thought I could light it with one light, nopers, ended up going with a bare SB800 and a SB800 + umbrella to light the front

I’ve definitely started looking for more lines in everyday life after the last assigment for Creative Design, kinda makes it interesting though to actually look for lines and curves that are appealing.

I heart Ikea pencils, they work so great for doing carpentry work around the house because they are small and you have have a kazillion of them laying around so your never searching for a pencil, I stocked up

Finally had the patience to try to photograph the turtles again…..which ended in frustration for the most part!
I don’t know how people photograph animals for a living, it would drive me insane, your just about focused and then its time to move, even though you’ve been sitting there on your rock for the last hour, now its time to move .3 milliseconds before I get it in focus
Damn you turtle
anyways, after a lot of grief I got a few shots in focus

This week has been a tough week for the 366 Project, I’ve been busy with so much stuff lately, and then doing work on the truck on top of everything, just seems that the pics are taking a back seat to life this week
The truck has new brake pads though and stops a hell of a lot better
